About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, ambitious Senior Marketing Lead to join our growing team. This role will focus heavily on hands-on execution to support our protocol’s GTM - you will be instrumental in shaping our public voice and ensuring our messaging resonates with our community & our future clients and aligns with our marketing and sales objectives.

You’ll drive innovative marketing strategies, develop key product campaigns, and simplify complex crypto concepts for global audiences.

What You'll Do

• Build go-to-market marketing strategies for new products: Align product & stakeholders to match marketing timeline.
• Build strategic partnerships with current & new partners.
• Establish KPIs to monitor and relentlessly optimise performance across channels. What does good performance mean? How can we improve it?
• Build the Byzantine voice through posts, whitepapers, articles, and insights across blog, LI, and X.
• Organise a series of spaces and launch a podcast to solidify partnerships and build a loyal audience of listeners.
