About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, strategic, and enthusiastic ****Institutional Sales Lead to own our institutional sales process from end to end. This is your chance to shape how institutions interact with the next wave of blockchain infrastructure. You’ll be driving high-value partnerships, navigating complex decision-making environments, and working directly with our co-founders to land top tiers institutional clients, from DeFi to TradFi.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Charge: Own the full sales cycle - from lead generation to signed agreements.
• Hunt & Close: Identify, engage, and close strategic accounts - from custody providers to asset managers to staking platforms.
• Build Relationships: Nurture long-term, trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across the industry.
• Align Customer Needs: Understand and match customer objectives with Byzantines’ offerings to create value.
• Optimise to Win: Strategise, iterate, and experiment to find the most effective approaches to drive adoption and growth.
• Educate & Communicate: Teach large institutions about staking/restaking and share updates to keep stakeholders engaged.
• Sell Across Verticals: Adapt sales approach to different industries and client sizes.
